I have a 2022 KW T680 and I have a dea700 radio in it. My screen displays USB ERROR REMOVE DEVICE. But nothing is plugged into the USB port. Now I can’t do anything on my radio. Can’t even reconnect my phone to the Bluetooth because the message won’t go away.

May want to try finding the fuse and pull it out for a few minutes to see if that resets it.

Or if you have a battery kill switch in the truck that will also reset things.

I hated the DEA 700 radio. PIA. It doesn't add anything to the DEA 500 radio, except glitches. Once you get it working, make sure to either turn the radio off and back on once per day or cycle the truck key all the way off and back to run or Acc each day. After about 2-3 days of constant radio powered on it starts to do weird things with bluetooth devices. ALSO, beware that while in motion you cannot pair to a new BT device. In the DEA 500 almost all weird BT behavior could be fixed by unpairing the troublesome device, or all devices, and then repair them, which could be done while driving. My DEA 700 could only pair when stationary.

Try plugging in a usb device and then remove it.
