Brandt is a multiarmed company based in Regina Sk Canada who over the years has expanded from the ag manufacturing area to other areas such as rail power, JD industrial importer for western Canada, construction equipment attachments, and others.
Brandt bought Camex Equipment in Nisku, Alberta in 2019. Camex is a company that manufactures, rents, and sells specialized trailers and custom truck rigging. They primarily serviced the oilfield industry until the buyout. they are now international having bought Cervus Equipment Corporation which has branches in Australia and New Zealand.

Just hauling lumber . Maybe you will want an all aluminum for weight savings.. lumber mills like to load to max gross weight... I had good luck with Fontaine for years . But we never hauled concentrated loads like coils or stuff like that...the company I am with now buys mostly all utility brand combos and I don't really like them... they seem very cheaply built compared to other trailers I've yanked around....I've also had good luck with east brand.l and if I were to buy a trailer it would be Fontaine or east... but this is just my own experience... like others have mentioned, buying used you really have to figure out what was hauled on it before...

A fleet spec basic flatbed for hauling lumber and basic freight wouldn't be to expensive to buy brand new and then u know what ur getting into

I have a 2023 Fontaine, with a bulkhead.I like it.I've used Manac and Reitnouer and they're very good.
I like hauling steel, usaully easy to get loaded/unloaded.And easy to secure.
The Fontaine has 2 big storage compartments between the axles and I have everything stored in them except for the 4x4's.
