Useful info from England driver. Stay away from them

    You should carry through with reporting them to the DOT. There are time limitations, as some "digital" documents may be deleted after 6 months.. But they can DAC your butt...6 months from now, spouting "managerial oversite".

    If you don't, it makes you part of the problem.

    Well if they were going to "DAC my butt" our present employer would look at them why didn't you do it when they applied for me instead of 6 months down the road? We have a new trucking job been here two months and if they were going to do something they would have done it by now. We could take them to court and the judge would ask them the same thing, "Why didn't you DAC them when they first applied instead of waiting 6 months down the down the road? The company we're with now we're not leaving so let them DAC all they want. I have to much documentation on them so it's no biggy.
