Glad to hear you got a good deal, its way better than 24+hours riding the bus and the possibility of arriving late. Now when you get there you can relax and enjoy the hotel. Hope you get a good room mate.
LOL yea I was just thinking about that but to be honest I really don't care cause I'm going to be so focused on doing good I'm not gonna let anyone take my focus away. This is for me and my family you know?
I can't seem to get an honest opinion about TMC from anyone. I've talked to drivers over the CB and one says he likes it and the other said the only reason he' staying is because he's makin decent with his dedicated route. Now seems that some of you here have just been thru tell me how you feel, because I don't care for my current employer and I need a change for the better ASAP.
Some love it some hate it. Some have gotten screwed while others will say that TMC can do no wrong. Results may vary, but I think overall you could do a lot worse than TMC. Might go for any job really, some can put up with more BS than others/
I like TMC but I will tell you this. The some of the shippers and receivers are a joke. I am sitting right now because I cant get this load off until tomorrow morning at my receiver WHO ONLY WORKS FROM 0800-14:30!!!! WTF is that about? I have had a week from hell this past week with shippers and receivers just being morons. TMC as a company is not bad. Its just some of these places we have to go to.
That's pretty much industry wide. They are putting all these new rules and regulations on the drivers, but nothing on the shippers/receivers. You can burn half your day just sitting. Hope it gets better for ya.
