    Hi all,

I was wondering what the rules would be when using a apportioned truck for farm use. Rules being log book. We plan on using the truck to haul our manure to our fields and also to haul the neighbors manure to his fields. All within a 70 mile radius of home. The typical run will be load for 20 minutes, haul 5 miles down a dirt road, unload for 20 minutes, and repeat.

If my memory is correct when we use it for our manure all I need is a my time card to count as my log for the week. If I am right would that also apply for hauling the neighbors manure or is that different?

Why would you even need to be apportioned for something like this?
A farm tag would be all you will need.
