Yeah with a neutered truck even uloaded up a hill is a drag 65 max kills
-
But like I said, everyone knows where they are and that there are slow trucks on them.
Compare that to Appalachia, where every few miles is another grinding grade after a nice downhill run.
I'm not saying that I wouldn't want to use them in CA, but the law is what it is. Why risk the ticket? -
Because a ticket is much better than someone runing into the back of my gasoline tanker. Besides, I believe that any LEO with common sense wouldn't write the ticket in the first place.volvodriver01 and Working Class Patriot Thank this.

The part in bold is an oxymoron 90% of the time, you know...
-
That's funny but come on you know there are some. To tell you the truth I have never had any real problems with any LEO's. I've pulled into inspection areas and they have even asked me if they could use my truck to train some new officers. It pays to work for a company that has their equipment in top shape. -
There are some signs in OR that say you can do it and others that say you can't. Going out Ashland it tells you can't in the contrustion zone, but it's OK after that.
I just run 58/97 and save myself the headache -
I don't think they just use the good companies... OK class see this? This is what we put a truck OOS for...
volvodriver01 Thanks this. -
That's exactly what I do now thanks to a tip from Native Dancer
-
I ran that 97/58 today...WOW, what a difference! It actually made this visit to Oregon semi-enjoyable. Thanks for the tip Native Dancer!
