First time having long load that had to go across both decks.
Anybody know if the ramps have a weight limit for when used as a leveler?
Going through California tomorrow and I know they love looking for anything lol.
Using stepdeck ramps as load levelers. Weight limits

I never had a problem using them on my step for this type of work. I also live in Cali run 48 stateß and have never been messed with.

I wouldn't really call those edges "rounded off", that's just the way the plate turns out when rolled at the mill. Still got a pretty rough edge. Heck you could just slip some cardboard in there... -
Is it okay to load 48k lb / 48 ft long steel tubing using 2 load levelers with 20k rating? Effective they would have 3 support points, 2 being the levelers, 3rd one on the upper deck. Do you guys think that’s ok / safe? Any experience doing that?
