    Gave it another shot this weekend in Illinois. Went through the whole process, then it just sit there and sit there again before giving me a notice that it lost communication with the store.

    I've had a lot more success lately with turning off wifi on my phone before attempting to start the app. It seems to mess it up if it tries to pick up pilot wifi
