USX drivers...how's your day??

What is the average miles per week for a us xpress will they let you run hard if you want

 

run and don't look back! Believe me you do not want to work for US Express. You want to spend every waking minute looking for an empty trailer? then go to work for them right away. If you want your pay messed up and then be treated like you're less than human, then by all means fill out an application.

 

WELL US XPRESS...US X..GOT KICKED OFF OF FAMILY DOLLAR ACCOUNT IN ASHLEY INDIANA...FOR POOR MGMT...I WORKED ON THIS FOR 6 MNTS..NO SURPRISE HERE..WTF..NOT GOOD FOR COMPANY...ALSO JUST LEFT MARKHAM TERMINAL..I SEE US X..IS PULLING ALL 100/&/300..series TRAILERS OFF LINE..THEY SOLD THEM...THIS MOVE WILL HURT AND BE FELT BYE ALL OF US...SOMETHING IS UP..NOT GOOD...,,PS..I HATE US X ..NOW..IM LOOKING....HV A SAFE TRIP ALL..

 

We had a great experience with USX, I have to say, however, that based on what I am seeing and hearing, it is pretty apparent the company is preparing itself to be sold. THe 12 months before a sale you slash expenses and reduce maintenance to the absolute minimum to increase profitability. I do not have any inside information on this but it is what appears to be happening to me.

 

I agree totaly agree..i was thinking..for sale..or $ problems...

 

Definitely has not been my experience with this company.

 

My brother made good money and miles he left cause he got a regional flatbed job at body bros so he home every weekend i don't mind being out on the road as long as i make money im usedto long hours and not being home due to being in army i just want to choose a good company i can stay with for a while

 

That's quite a rumor to be starting. What exactly is it you have seen?

 

This weekend is the longest I've sat in as long as I can remember. That is only because I have to be routed to a specific terminal to pick up a student.

My last student got 3000 miles in his first week after he upgraded. It really depends on how proactive you are. It also helps to have a Fleet Manager who is on top of things.

 

Vinsanity do u work for usxpress now i was gonna choose crete but they don't accept my school and was thinking about roehl but not sure of them us xpress and schneider have been the most forth coming on info they call me back the others have not
