Sitting here in Michigan. Yesterday we went through Colorado on I 70, it has been many years since I traveled through there with my family growing up. Very pretty out there. More of a pain trying to pull 37000 lbs up the hills, I was supprised I didn't get passed by a bicycle. We are in Romulus.

Funny, I live in Colordo and we are through there all the time and we NEVER get routed over I-70. They always send us up to Wyoming on I-80

I would have rather been routed I 80. It would have been easier. I dont know whether you saw a previous post I put here, but thank you for your cruise control tip it worked.

Yep, I saw it. The brake does not fully disengage. I figured it out after a LOT of trial and error. It was very frustrating.

Craig, Did you set the truck you have now the same way you had the other one? I am hopping we can get the inverter installed soon and get this set up, getting tired of eating out all the time. Its ruining my figure. LOL

We learned something yesterday.......if you set the intensity on the VORAD down, it will not slam your bakes on...you just gradually slow down. I was driving, had the cruise set, Sean was playing with the VORAD to shut it up, LOL, and we noticed this wonderful thing happening. I would slow down, the car ahead of me would get further ahead, then the truck would pick up speed again, all by itself.

We are now sitting in St. Louis, I270, xt 6, at the Flying J. Delivery is about 1 mile away......came up from Olive Branch with another driver who is delivering at the same place........had a PP come in that was taking me to Tobyhanna, PA.....Fm is working to get it put on this other driver since he doesn't have a PP yet and wants the miles....and my FM is trying to get me a load headed home.

So they will let you take home time while having a traniee on the truck? They asked if I would be a trainer....I never gave them an answer. Lol
