    I am a Scandihuvian myself..=*^)

Where can I find their blog? It'd be interesting to read it - especially if they are Finns as I think I read somewhere...

    Thanks...

Here is how I see this.
The company can restrict you not to use their equipment or connection. They can also take legal action if you disclose company "secrets" as to what accounts they may or are holding. As well as, any changes to the company not publicly known.

As for your opinion on the company that is posted on a site or blog, they may try to restrict you but your opinion is yours and you have the right to say what you wish, so long as you are divulging company trade secrets that could harm the company.

On the flip side, if you work in a "free will" (wrong term) state, a company can fire you for any reason it sees fit and you can quite for any reason. They can terminate you if they don't like your hair style if they wanted to. Check the state laws before you try to take legal action and watch what you post about a company because you may open yourself to legal action if you post non-public information.

"My company drives ragged Volvo's with auto shift that doesn't work" is no secret.
