Usxpress repair failure

I think it's time to move on to a better company then. Lots of them out there.

 

You do know you're going to find this type of behavior with other mega companies dont you?I haven't heard many bad things about usx I would give them another chance.Maybe startwith asking for a different trk.

 

I think if you made the call to keep moving the truck down the highway with no lights etc you may want a career change. Putting it on the shoulder with triangles is what should have been done regardless of any thing else.

Did anything bad happen? Not this time.

 

To me anyway, this is 100% on USX. The truck had a history of doing this, they may or may not have attempted to fix it, before assigning it to the OP. I would have gotten it to a safe place if I could, or parked it on the side of the road.

 

That's my issue. Don't risk lives trying to get it to rest area with no lights when you have a shoulder.

 

Agreed. They knew about it AND disclosed it to the OP that it had a history of problems with other drivers.

 

Do you know when the truck is actually fixed? When it stops doing it. It obviously has an intermittent problem. They are the worst kind. They obviously thought they had it fixed until it did it again. What would really help is an observant and competent driver to help narrow down the five Ws.
