The reason people don't care is it's a self imposed problem.
If you don't like your job, quit.
Now that said, the best way to run teams is each choose a shift and keep it! Noon to midnight or whatever.
Also 4,000 a week isn't much. That's only 2,000 per person...D.Tibbitt Thanks this. -
4000 a week i could do that by myself in a 65mph truck with nice weather and no delays
LoSt_AgAiN, Cattleman84 and stillwurkin Thank this. -
If you feel like you are being beat down. Find another driving job that fits you better, and your codriver. If possible $ wise. Everyone is different. Good luck.D.Tibbitt Thanks this.

There's plenty of other places to work. Start looking for another company that fits the way you want to run. Good luck.
D.Tibbitt and stillwurkin Thank this. -

Most teams run about 6,000 miles a week I would say. 3,000 miles each driver or 70 hours each driver. If they say 4,000 miles a week is not enough. Then think about going back solo runs but with two drivers if they will let you. You will make less money but have more time to spare. Take a break from running team and you can go back when you feel like it or need the money.
I ran team as trainer long time ago and it was not fun or easy. We had to run 1,200 miles in 24 hours. So the truck could only stop like 2 hours a day. IHoneyBadger67 Thanks this. -
Ahhh...but when was the last run you made with no delays? (awake)stillwurkin and D.Tibbitt Thank this.
