What if both trucks get fuel at that location, then is it ok to hold a spot?

Okay....i can see if both drivers take a 10 at the TS ......but I think remaining in Bobtail status still wouldnt make sense......if the swap times are well coordinated.....then ideally , both drivers would be settled in underneath a trailer....and if anybody tries to give grief to the bobtail holding that spot, he should be able to use that as a valid excuse.....until the other driver arrives.....I can see how that could play out......
