They are based out of Commerce city Co. I have hauled for them, they were the broker. They do speak english, but not well. I had to go there twice, once to pick up the car, the second to get paid. They wouldn't mail a check. Other than not mailing check, I'd haul for them again.
UZ Trans is the worst.

Good to know. I thought they were based in St. Louis? I was just looking for ANY info on these guys it's been hard because they're so small. I'm starting orientation in 2 weeks and the people I've delt with have been very friendly also they said I would get 2800-3800 wkly I wonder how true that is.
-
I've used them as a broker 3 times. All 3 times I've had to go to the office to collect the paid for the cars. I think they are all of Russia decent, which makes it a little hard to understand them, or it could be that I'm starting to go deaf! My only complaint is going back to get paid. They maybe based elsewhere, but I always went to Commerce City office to collect.

I think your talking about uz auto trans which is different than UZ TRANS INC.
-
you are probably right, sorry didn't distinguish the difference in the name.

Who are you going to work for? UZ Auto Trans in CO or UZ Trans Inc in STL?
T_TRUCKER⢠Thanks this. -
UZ trans in St. Louis. I'm starting with them in 2 weeks.
You have any info?? I'd really appreciate anything -
I know one of their drivers - UZ Trans in St. L. and he likes it. They have a pet policy so he gets to take his dog with him.
He did say they held him responsible for one of the damages he did to his truck/trailer (but he had three incidents since
starting with them). He likes his dispatcher and yes, they speak English, not broken English.
I will call him later and see what other info he will give me.T_TRUCKER⢠Thanks this. -
That would be awesome! I'd really appercIate that!!! From what I heard they run pretty good but it's been very difficult finding info from drivers. Do you know about a rider policy? Te lady that has been setting everything up for me is named noza she's very nice and I can't wait to start with them. If you get some more info I'd really love to hear anything. Thanks again!!

He called me this morning and said he believes they have a Rider policy, but there is a $250 per year fee (insurance, he thinks).
He has no complaints, especially since they started the Pet policy for him - didn't have one before.
Of course it was a learning experience just like with any new company working with a new
dispatcher and working around times he needed to be home for appointments, but it is good now.
He likes the office people too and knows who Noza is. He said she and especially the other girls in
the office are nice and the boss in Safety always takes care of him.
Hope that helps.T_TRUCKER⢠Thanks this.
