    That's the plan. ;)

I don't think there is a formula. It is a set amount. Everyone gets the same.

None I have officially retired this time no more trucks for me. But I did leave Swift earlier this year was with them almost 11 years.

I believe my vacation pay was right around 1500 1600 but I got paid 3 weeks paid vacation I don't know what the formula is now I believe it still 1 - 3 years one week 3 - 5 years two weeks and 5 and up 3 weeks

    Thanks,

What I am asking though is how do they figure what each driver is paid? Or is it everyone with 1-3 years with them gets $400?

Why do they pay it like that? I don't understand the benefit. Am I supposed to keep that 400 hidden for a year till I go on my week vacation and pull it on the Friday after an say look honey. We still got a pay check?

Seems like they could just do something like $800 across the board.

I don't, nor have I, nor will I ever work for swift. Nothing against swift. But everything.

But why? And people like this?

Actually I sorta like it that way, but I was fortunate I never had to live paycheck to paycheck.
