Im used to pulling end dump all the time but have had to pull a curtain side lately and back into a forklift loading dock. My stock mirrors are not wide enough to see the back corner of my trailer (not the case with end dump) my question is to you truckers is this the case with all van/curtain side trailers? Can you tell me where to find mirror extenders or am i just stuck with what i have? I find backing this trailer very difficult as all i can see is the front wall of it unless i turn side to side which effectively makes the trailer go kitty wompas. Any suggestions will help a pissed off frustrated driver, thanks!

I've always used whatever mirror is on the tractor. You're not trying to back up with the curtain open, are you? That's dang near impossible.

If the curtain is closed, and tight, it should be just like a van trailer.
