My spec is Wabash 53 foot vented with steps on the front. Stainless rear doors, tire inflation sys, air ride, duraplate walls with e track, skirts, sky lights, air slide, sureloc door handles, metal roof, wood floor, reinforced floor. That’s about all I can think of.
Edit: I’d stay away from translucent roofs as they leak easier and are harder to repair. Vents I thought I’d use more then I do. However, I’ll still order my trailers setup to be vented. Sometimes it’s nice to be able to air it out as well. Smooth walls are important, skylights are important if you go metal roof. Tire inflation important as well. Skirts important but whether you care or not for them, for resale alone I’d skirt up. lol
