get a ball point hammer and tap it counter-clockwise in between the grooves until it starts to get loose enough were you can turn it by hand,

don't matter how loose you put it on, it still tightens back up and I mean TIGHT!!!

Yes, done both of those many times, and that dang place in Abingdon doesn't let you park there, so end up parking south at the truck rest area or up at the Petro. There have been a few times I've arrived the evening before with time for a 10 hour break before the appt. Not too many though.

Just this has been one of those weeks, just sometimes it's hard to get an honest, straight answer out of some people there, kind of like some of them think drivers are stupid or we are mind readers.

I've seen guys come to Sheldon on a bus, and many times Tim gets one of our trucks to pick the new guy up and bring him.

Can't you go to Waynesboro, WV, first? I understand they recruit there, too. There's a lot to read in this thread, but it's probably been said and done by others.

There is parking at the head office, I was there before I got my first job, but it was a bit far away for me, I was out there quite a bit working for another company, but almost always at night. It wasn't reefer work, but that is what I'm doing now.

9/10 times out of 10 they'll arrange a place where a truck can come get you and either take you to Waynesboro or Sheldon, if they take you to Waynesboro you'll drive a truck out to Sheldon for orientation...

    25(2)+2 Thanks this.

I would fly out to Des Moines, otherwise you'll be awhile for your car.
So started back this week, assigned #738 pre DEF and what a difference it actually has balls. You guys be safe, especially in the midwest, yes the snow will melt.
