can someone tell me about the waynesboro, va terminal? good folks there? how long is training (i'll be a student grad in dec), and are trucks assigned and allowed to be driven home?

Hey Tim, regarding Waynesboro, well I don't have a problem but some do? I think it is about approach, IMHO. Training varies, a couple of weeks maybe, that depends on you. Trucks are assigned, and taking them home depends. Hope this helps. Good luck.

Waynesboro is basically what you make of it, just like anything else. Just make a point to keep the lines of communication open and be ready to accept the fact that hiccups happen at times. As far as taking your truck home you can unless you live relatively close to the yard.

are the trucks autoshift, or stick? and they come with a fridge? and what is vw's inverter policy?

13-speed stick, fridge yes, and I believe the inverter policy is up to 1000 watt continuous, bring the cable kit too and the shop will install for you?

been with them 2 months now. seem pretty good. run the hell out of you, but that is good. get your days off when you run out of hours. which happens every 5 or 6 days. so far pretty good. doa

waaynesboro doesnt seem to haave time to for you. they are short and to the point. but thats alright. ron in iowa disptch is a great guy to deal with, he was a van wyk driver and knows how it is..............doa
