Hey guys,
ever picked up in West Middlesex Pa. don't answer Brian your exempt since you live in Pa. The guy was wondering why I was an hour early? He said our drivers are always late?
-
Our orientation is pretty laid back, they have you meet all the key people in the office, drug tests, safety training stuff like that. When you come up here the hotel is taken care of too. It's a brand new Holiday Inn Express so it's not a little roach trap if you're wondering.
So I came in for a simple A Service after delivering in Spencer this morning, ends up both of my u-joints on my drive shaft are shot so I'm stuck sitting here waiting for the shop to get that done. When I heard that I freaked that it was going to need to go up to Sioux Falls since it is still under warranty. I guess we had a guy lose his drive shaft this morning out by Rock Island, IL so Andy is NOT IN A GOOD MOOD TODAY! -
yeah ive picked up there... never said anything to me..... this is the dairy facility right next to the river right??
-
Rob,
that's to bad about your truck I know you don't have many miles on it, so WTF happened, sloppy instalation or Chinese made U-joints! PACCAR will fix that quick since warranty work doesn't make the cash register ring. -
Hawk for a sec I though you spotted me again, then I remembered I'm running 70. I shut down at 0400 EDT here at the 188 in Missouri. I have a 0030 at Kroger in Goddard.
Larry I know I'm exempt but I had to pull up West Middlesex on Google Maps to figure out where it was! I usually start at Astra Zeneca Newark, Bay Shippers, or a three stopper pick to Ankeny, starting at Hanover Terminal. -
Not really sure what the deal was, but Andy was letting Kenworth know he was not very happy with these new trucks in his ultra calm way! Dean got the new u-joints in and went to grease them with the manual grease gun & they wouldn't take. We ended up taking it over to the pit to use the power greaser & it took luckily. We also got the first 5 of our new trailers in this week and we are starting to test out side skirts. Luckily they did their research & got a good product not the cheapo ones that just flap in the wind like you see on Prime, Central Or England trailers.

hmmm... could we be going back to the 386?? or another alternative like prostars or casicada?? hell wouldn't be surprised if they throw one of those mack visions in the fold...
and bechtel...i was going across 80 and it seem like i spotted your bunk window going west in those street lights right around the 122, also since you said you were running night time hours i thought it could of been you...
also warning, if your going across the indiana toll road and your not wearing a seat belt you might want to think again, going eastbound this morning, plain wrapper apparently was going westbound, seen i didnt have my seatbelt on which i did but i had the belt going behind my shoulder since i had reached for the fridge on the floor, and he did a flip, pulled up along my cab, looked up in the truck and proceed to pull me over... $25.00 for no seat belt, smh..... well he said it could of been worse, the next county over charges 180, but still i think it was petty for doing a flip and pulling me over just for $25.00 bucks when i was just poking along.. -
Hawk,
Sorry about your ticket.
I don't have to tell you these cats are out for the green. That's why when I'm going through construction I do the speed limit, if these hot dogs want to go by then by all means go by, I'm not contributing to any other state's coffers. BTW yes the dairy operation is by the river, just off of I376.
Brian,
I know you start from NJ, just kidding on the PA. rib.
Rob,
So we're going with skirts huh? Here's a good way to save some money, stop deadheading people all over the place for free, I mean diesel is $4+ a gal, come on. -
Hey guys just wanted to say hello, got in monday afternoon went to the house for a little break called Cory this morning asked if I had a passport...rut roh,so as you already guessed I'm headed to Canada with the first stop in Rochester,Ny in the morning,at least its a reynolds load so should pay pretty good, you guys be safe out there.
