I had a false reporting on my DAC by a company. It's really hindering me from finding work. Spoke to a lawyer about it and he said they call crazy ex girlfriend syndrome. If your not going to drive for them your not going to drive for anyone.

If you get stuck on the night shift and are sleeping during the day air conditioning is a must so usually a call to the office will gain you some wiggle room in the idle percentage. I've done this quite a bit and haven't had any resistance.

No, they never have. They just give you a bonus every two weeks that figures around $100 if you don't idle over %35 in the summer months. As long as it isn't north of 90% they won't bother you on it...

Trucks have bunk heaters so they don't have to run in the Winter

 

Do they still do that prehire agility test where they measure your heart rate while doing different exercises?
