Yep, started around October/Nivember, although when they told me when I signed on at the end of August that they didn't have them or have any plans to put them in...didn't last long lol. One of the reasons that compounded with others to form my decision to leave.

I saw on...overdrive.com? a poll about elogs/HOS and one of the choices was eliminate HOS regulations and elogs in favor of fatigue monitoring equipment/camera, which I believe is already in some luxury cars. That sounds not so terrible, in theory, if it works. Then in theory dispatch and customers can't be pissed at you...right...

They pay percentage, so it's hard to say. I left at 23%(5 mos experience), and I had runs I made 60-65cpm on, but also had some I made 18cpm. Deadhead wasn't paid, although it was said it was paid at 10cpm on here, I never saw it in 5 mos. Outside of not having APUs, equipment was great...well maintained and equipped fairly well. There is an idle/over speed bonus that will pay you an extra $100/wk give or take, and it is fairly easy to get, depending on how comfortable you want to be in the truck. That being said, I got screwed out of my bonus for going over due to idling their equipment at their request due to single digit temps, which was the final straw for me that led to me leaving.
Hometime depends on where you are from, but they were usually pretty good at getting me home when I needed to.
There are some drivers that do very well over there, like $65-$70k/yr, but most of the ones I know of making that kind of money live closer to the terminals.

Ok I live in Great Bend, Ks and so I don't know how that might factor in on home time and pay. So what truck do they usually start you out in ? I know they have Volvos and Kws, I'm not to keen on Volvos lol but as long as it pulls the load I don't care in that regard. I just want to get all the pros and cons before I make a decision.
