Chinatown is on a roar! There are a ton of freight companies and manufacturers. Check out Reser’s Foods, Winco grocery, pretty much all the LTLs are on Swan Island in Portland: FedEx Freight, UPS Freight, Old Dominion, ABF, YRC, Saia, Estes, R&L. There are fuel storage facilities at the Port so lots of fuel tankers.
Camas has a pulp mill so likely lots of truck traffic supporting it. Tons of construction going on so probably good for flatbed, too. I see
