VDO screws all their owners

That's really going to suck for a lot of people, especially right now when money and work is tight for most, to have to shell out money for a new system isn't cool.

I'm afraid they're not going to be the only ones though.

 

I saw this coming when they made ELDs mandatory. I'm waiting for them to decide to change the HOS up just a bit and then everybody has to pay 50 bucks for a software update.

 

I never liked their product anyway, the paper printing never seems like a good solution to me and so I never thought they'd take off and be a big player in the game. There are far more elegant solutions. Personally, I like Keep Truckin I have it on an iPad and it just works.

 

I'll stick to my paper logs.
