Example of we care about/respect our drivers. At Venezia Limerick the office staff sucks down company provided coffee. The drivers room has a buck-a-cup machine. Its things like these that show home cheap they are and what they think about their drivers!

 

HHG miles. Pays 368. Odometer 452. 84-miles unpaid. All loads aren't this far out of whack. But, any load to VA or WV is a major hosing!

 

Sorry to whine. But, running a steady diet 250-mile runs will do that to you. Of course they are all five holers. And yes, every one is a pump off.

The cold weather really makes this job suck. Standing around in the snowing and blowing freezing my rear off. We generally deliver to dumpy places and we are totally exposed to the weather while off-loading. Slinging hoses in this weather is more like slinging pipe.

They hired a consultant to determine why so few new hires stay with the company. It is ridiculous that a company our size (450-trucks?) has 6-10 new drivers in orientation every monday.

Well I gotta get truckin. Can't waste time when you only get paid 85-miles for every 100.e
