    Take that for what its worth, but a .07 increase or decrease is virtually un-measureable. I personally think a lot of companies prey on unsuspecting buyers, throw out a percentage to makes things sound good, knowing that most consumers won't do the math to see what the actual proposed gains translate to. Instead they just impulse buy because it is going to save them xx%.

    but if you take that .07 per mile gained x 100000 or 200000 miles a year driven then that .07 adds up quickly.
