Go forth and get yourself a good dash cam. Today. That way you have it. Forever.
I know how you feel. But in this case, the unlicensed driver brought it upon herself and her baby. It's stupid. Very wasteful. And costly. Its on her. Not on you.
Shake it off. You will be ok given time to decompress. Remember I judge the situation as on her, not on you. That does not mean Im a lapdog, if I found something wrong with your performance I would light into you too. But I wont. It is key all those officers decided to let you back out to roll. That will be key.
The wrecks I hate are the ones in which people are burned beyond repair and those being cut in half slowly after being partially ejected. Lucky are the ones who are thrown clear before they get mashed. I will never forget them. And it took a few years before the night dreams stopped bothering me. My family had a first hand experience with me, the nutter trying to escape a locked room back in the day. (That was what they did. Lock it and wait till sunrise.)
Be your very best always, think ahead to the worst case possible and be ready for it. That way if it happens again you will have done whatever is possible.
Good luck. No one worth a #### runs long enough in a big truck without a few of these inside of them.
Venting....
