Just a thought the way things go in the Business.
Save your first and last paystub from every company you ever drive for, for life.
This way you can verify where you worked long after the offices are closed and the trucks are a memory. All you have to do is look at the past history as see how many have folded. My ex company Jevic is a example.

LMAO...
I have experience that goes a long way back. Companies won't accept it...period. Because it's "pre-DAC" is their excuse.
But it's not a bad idea you have there. It certianly would help someone keep up with exact dates. -
Same here I have problems verifying these Bankrupt outfits, I wish someone would have told me when I started.

You did get a W2 from them and filed taxes correct? I hope you kept your tax paper work forever and don't believe the "rumor" that you only need to keep them for 7 years didn't throw them away and have them in a big box in the attic, garage, closet or some where.
I hope!
And "pre Dac" I'd be running form that idiot as fast as you can! Pre Dac! Geeze, they've been around since about 95 or something so that's more than 10 years! But still if some moron was to say pre Dac I'd have to ask them when they had their diaper changed last? -
I had 2 employers base my pay on experience...but refused anything "pre-dac". And that was the ONLY way you get get top pay, unless you had been with the company your entire life.
And truthfully, I haven't been "pre-dac'd" by a company in awhile. But it still seems like a stupid reason to refuse actual experience that could be verified with a former employer.
My current employer used my DAC to confirm ALL experience, not my application.
Give it another year. And DHS will require a 20 year work history on drivers.
