Thank you,I've been wanting to drop Verizon for along time.My brother owes them $1000.00from yrs ago.His roommate at that time used his data useage and Verizon didn't shut his service off for months while the data was adding up.To this day he hasn't paid anything towards the bill but still gets notices.

    Agreed,..great news.

I keep hoping AT&T finally takes the #1 spot,.. or Sprint and Tmobile finally merge and give Verizon some real competition. Then Verizon will lower their rates.

Thats my only gripe with Verizon,..being #1,.. they are more expensive.

Everything else I am fine with. Never had a problem with my bill. If I went over on my data,.. I knew about it. They sent me warnings at the 50%, 75% and 90% points. No excuses.

They're going to have to do something or face more and more customers dropping them.I've had Verizon for 6 yrs and I finally had enough. My final bill they overcharged me and I'm only paying for my plan not all the extra charges.

I use very little data so I can get by with using Verizon. I just hate switching anything. I can be a loyal customer for way too long sometimes. I never had all those problems with Verizon. Just expensive.

Huh. I just left At&t and their ridiculous pricing. I went with Verizon, got more data, and a tablet for the kids, and saved about $30 a month. Couldn't be happier so far. At&t was just becoming too pricey for my liking. Service was really good though, rarely did I not have a signal. But I'm getting older, and don't wanna be bothered as much, so lack of service in some places suits me
