I'm envious of those of you not experiencing deprioritization. The second I hit 22 gb my data becomes unusable a majority of the time to the point I can no longer even steam any sort of audio let alone video. Averaging 0.12 down with not much more up tonight. Not always like this but seems like a majority of the time/places I am. extremely disappointing overall.

I used 60gb this month haven't noticed any throttle I use hotspot daily for games and chat works like normal my Netflix streams perfect no issues so im happy with it I was worried it would throttle exactly at the cutoff luckily I haven't

Are you in big cities constantly?

I was thinking the same thing. I have problems during peak times in metro areas when I'm not prioritized/throttled.

It seems to be completely random. I've been doing a lot of speed tests lately to get a real feel for what is going on so have a better picture now.

One day I can be getting usable speeds in a big city and the next it will be unusable out in the middle of nowhere.

It feels completely random much of the time. If they just set my minimum speed to something usable like 1mbps I'd be satisfied.

Intend to get a new iPad (4g) whenever they come out so will be able to compare deprioritized vs not speeds eventually.

I have several truck stops I've stayed at multiple times before and since unlimited and above and below 22gb. I've never experienced slow downs remotely like this outside of over 22gb usage on new unlimited.

I imagine travelers from outside the current market are first on the list to get throttled back. (Don't want to upset your local customers if you can help it but we don't even know where this dude's number is from so screw him).

It's based on network traffic at the time.
Being local or not has nothing to do with it.
95 % of time my signal gets bounced thru a server 600 miles from me and I live in a major metropolitan city.

Next time your having trouble try shutting down your device for a minute.
When you reboot it may bounce through different towers and server.
I sometimes have to do this.
I'm in a large city and offten get bounced through a server 600 miles away which oddly is in another large city.

I've read their QOS agreement and it pretty much states they can use whatever criteria they want to impose limits and I'll guarantee you "roamers" get lowest priority ahead of or behind all the other criteria and history they may use.

I get it, some people just can't accept that they're wrong. Enjoy your day
