Very afraid go to the downtown Boston

    Hello!
    I'm beginner drivers, only 2 month I became a truck driver, and I only a few month in the us and I never drive a truck before. I had for this time a lot of loads and unloads but now I'm very afraid
    Situation is:
    I drive step deck 53".
    I should drop off my load in the downtown Boston:
    77 Franklin St
    Boston MA 02110
    At this moment I on the Massachusetts Turnpike, Natick, MA 01760.
    They give me a direction to the company:
    "exit 24A
    go to summer st
    davonshire right and left on
    franklin st."
    But I saw the map, google map and so on, I was very scared, because the streets are very narrow. I'm really afraid to scratch or hit any car or something does not fit into the rotation. please tell me, what can I do? may be here some service like escort oversize load are avaible?

    i looked it up on maps for you and exit 23 would be a more feasible exit for you, turn onto state street and you will have an easier turn onto Devonshire St

    At least you won't have 50 construction workers and two rent a cops surrounding your truck pointing and yelling jibberish as you take 3 minutes to back in off a one way with cars on both sides.

    Boston sucks. Not as bad as Montreal but still sucks. Good luck.

    My first time in there I crossed one of those historical bridges with a load of electrical transformers. Those Boston Edison Electric guys were laughing at me.

    Tell me the name of the company or building.......I delivered some elevator parts there earlier this summer......hopefully not too late....its not as bad as it seems

    FWIW, when you exit off you only about a mile from the site.....if its the same site and it sounds like it is, you have to deliver at night, or like 2-3 in the morning.......
