    O/T was a huge consideration for me when I started looking into LTL work. Luckily I managed to get in at a place that pays it after 40. It isn't right for a company to take advantage of their drivers just because they can get away with not paying OT, or paying only after a ridiculous number of hours. I'd like to see the playing field leveled by getting rid of that loophole.

    I was forced on an unassigned 9.30 am start......ya get what no one else wants, and make pu's that no one says they can't do...trust me it sucks.

    I waited a long time to get my Delmarva run, and that only happened because a guy quit.

    I am relieved as can be that we don't do the "rebid" crap here. Our outfit frowns on what they call "the revolving door effect".

    I hear ya. I'm in the same boat, being low on the board. Can't wait to get some new blood under me in spring.

    not long enough to stay on p/d. but, the job is better than getting 15% taken each week and forced o/t to line the companies pockets.
