Copper is worth a lot, though I think aluminum is popular for the heavy cables.

Had pretty the same instructions with a few extra provisions including a phone number to give scales in case of inspection .. I needed to get a full nights sleep and did a 14 hr drive when only 13 are legal in Canada when I took my break midway I called a hour ahead and the rcmp ( police) watched my trailer from s distance .. delivery location was given to me a hr from the city I was going too . Turns out I was hauling a trailer load of old money to be destroyed this was 15 yrs ago not sure if they still do things like that now

Very high value load with a hard rule of driving 250 miles before taking a break, and you got paid maybe $0.36 per mile to do it. Lol

Schneider, ye ask too much for what ye offer.

Yup. To be fair tho, I stopped in both 250mi red zones and nobody cared.

All right, then I feel better. At least you still had autonomy.

After reading all of that - I was hoping it was hard liquor. Got a little let down there at the end.

As an aside - know what fools 'em everytime? Those cheap-### plastic seals that break if the air-drag is to rough behind your trailer. Someone tries to hand you a sinch-cable or a padlock - no thanks.... That's like saying 'Hey! Good #### right in here!'.... Cheap plastic seals, and everyone will think you're hauling 4,500lb rolls of recycled paper and they're worth what they're to become - toilet paper after you drop them off at Kimberly-Clark.
