Driver just do the load, if you gotta stop then stop but Try to follow the rules the best you can while getting the job done. And remember that asking for much advice on here will just get all these idiot flip flop pajama pant showing up at the customer type drivers replying back to you on here with no real help or advice. As you have read from several replys they rather just try to put you another driver down then ever give any advice. Typically they are the worst class of individuals on the road and on the forums. Just be safe and get it done, no need to be writing descriptions of vehicles, license plates or any that nonsense either. Just go bout your day but don't park at the shady type places like behind huddle house next to crack town and you be all good. Have a good one

There are certain types of HV loads that attract criminals.

Prescription drugs, OTC drugs of certain types (Sudafed), beef, video games (not consoles), some clothing... Anything there is a wide black market for.

Some shippers have had loads stolen, so they put protocols in place to prevent loss.

Not following their protocols puts your load, your equipment, and most importantly yourself at increased risk of harm.

Especially guns., ammo, and pharmaceuticals. He could also put others at risk.
I was at a pharmacy in So. FL during the peak of the pill mill days. I overheard a pharm tech tell a customer exactly what day and even the time a delivery of Roxycodone was coming in. Fortunately the pharmacist did too. He fired her on the spot and informed the customer that he was calling to change the delivery date and time. Smart guy!

As someone who has previously hauled pharma and prototypes for big corporations, I can say the threat is real.

If you're not comfortable, call your manager and talk about it.

I'm sure Schneider and the customer would love the fact that you're posting on the internet that you're on a very high $ load

Just because it's unlikely doesn't mean you can just ignore OPSEC.
