You really need to file a state unemployment claim against them. Leaving a job due to safety or sexual harassment issues results in a valid claim regardless of time served in most states. Plead your case to the state unemployment commission and see what happens. They would be fools to "contest" your claim if what you say is true.

 

You go read the laws in every state harrasment is a no no.. Sexual Harrasment is also a NO NO. Companies have lost $$$ in court, because they have not done anything to prevent it or educate employess about it.
