Step One - Go to the police and file a complaint.
Step Two - Call/hire an attorney
Step Three - Put pressure on Covenant to remove whatever they put on your DAC report.

If you filed a formal complaint with law enforcement, they would get in touch with covenant, and it would require them to take the situation more seriously. Don't let this guy get away with what he did. For your sake, and the sake of future female trainees that he might have.

 

Posting this topic and then disappearing does not lend to her credibility in my opinion.

Well, we could assume the best.... For instance, she is now gainfully employeed somewhere else and does not have access to a computer. Lets hope. Because I have ZERO tolerance for this type of BS. I have not forgotten the fact that we have not heard the other 2 sides (Company and trainer)of the story.

 

If the person in this post is who they say they are, the company says there is no record of the OP's complaint.

I am/was also a student driver with Covenant. the same issues. and horrible experience. I would like to speak with you because I know that covenat doesnt take woman serious. or that we are important.

 

If this story is true just another reason that men shouldnt train women on the road the porn and the nude pictures were a dead give away i been driving 15 years and I never had porn on my truck i did have some nude pics hidden in a safe for my lil brother so that his wife did find out about his other girlfriends but thats it.

 

if you go back to train train with a woman there is no reason a woman should have to wait 6 days to take a shower I have a female on my truck and we took showers according to her it made it better 4 both of us. stuff like this is why I hate truck drivers

What else should they do about this post?

 

More than likely it will be a way for them to sweep it under the covers to hide or remove the complainer.
