I have just finished reading this whole post very interesting to say the least,I have worked for over 20 years in the steel business for companies such as US Steel,AlCOA and from the first day of orientaion we are taught what sexual harrasment is .And if you want to get fired real fast goahead and do something stupid and you will and the union will not help you.Drugs,sexual harrasment,and failure to follow plant safety rules and your done. The new Steel workers of America supports the company when it comes to this.So if you dont follow the rules and act professional you dont get the good wages and benefits.Other Companies should try this and they will have alot less problems..Just a thought

This thread is 2 years old, I understand it is a good topic, but she needed to get to someone before all of this happened, I didn't take the time to run through all of it but dang it! When she saw the pictures in I assume a company truck that should have been warning enough that this guy was a pervert! That is unbelievable. I wish you well.
