    some of the lumber mills and mine sites have their own channel. there is also a fort mac channel on my list.

    Q-line apparently has their own channel

    Its all vhf, no cb used in the bush.

    Get a tad radio, 95% of trucks here run a tad for a reason.

    RR — British Columbia Resource Road Channels
    Resource Road (RR) channels must be programmed using the channel labels and frequencies indicated below. Channels are specified as narrowband (11 kHz) with a maximum transmitter power of 30 watts, or as otherwise indicated.

    The channels must only be used in locations where it is specifically posted for usage. Improper usage, for example "#### chat", will result in harmful interference to other priority radio spectrum licensees.

    Licensees operating on these channels cannot cause interference to and must accept interference from other authorized users.

    The licensee must comply on an ongoing basis with Radio Standards Specification RSS-119, Land Mobile and Fixed Equipment Operating in the Frequency Range 27.41-960 MHz, as amended from time to time. The use of amateur, marine or user programmable radios is strictly prohibited.
