So I did some measurements today. Looks like the angle of my driveline at the ujoint nearest the carrier bearing is 4.25. I'm guessing this is where the problem lies. Looks like the guy who had the truck before me put three metal shims between the carrier bearing and the hanger, exaggerating the original angle. Im my quest to fix this problem I got a new ujoint to replace the one that I still haven't and I also got a new carrier bearing. I am going to replace these and remove the shims and give that a try. Thanks for all your replies, I will report back if these changes make any difference or not.

So I drove it today bobtail after replacing the one ujoint, carrier bearing, and removing shims and couldn't get it to vibrate like it did before. I never drive it bobtail on the highway so I guess I need to hook up a trailer and see if it does it. But I've got my fingers crossed that I got it fixed. Thanks for all the suggestions.
