I got a vibration one time recently out of nowhere - and it was terrible.
Got out and looked, and the last universal just going into the rear was loosing the bolts!
Got a piece of thick plumbers strap, like they hang pipes on, with the punched holes,
and made a locking tab gizmo out of it. Put the bolts thru the holes and took a chisel and hammer and folded edges up onto edges of bolt heads so they can't turn.
A work of art and a joy forever.
    There - now come apart.

Your tire could have a belt separating.
If you are concerned about the rotation direction of your tires, swap and remount them.
I rotate my steers, without any concerns or bad results.
    Good luck.
