You need to adjust driveline angle by the degree. All that work and no shop suggested driveline angle?
-
The driveline angle is more than just the angle of the shafts, need to know the angle of all the yokes. Spicer has an online calculator to plug all your numbers into to see if they are acceptable. You could also pull rear shaft and test drive to eliminate that from the problem.

Ok here is an idea from someone who doesn’t know what a truck is according to some.
i have a truck in the shop that is doing something similar, it is the third truck that gave us the same type of vibration issues.
the first one was an front drive axle issue, replaced the entire axle and it went away. I have not ripped into the axle but with just 350k on it, wondering what it really is but not important to take the time to find out.
the second one turned out to be the auxiliary unit on the 18 speed trans, replaced the trans and it vanished. The mechanic who has the trans right now thinks the timing is off within the trans but who knows. He contacted Eaton to see if that was a problem but hasn’t heard back from them.
this third truck all of a sudden started to do the same thing as the second and it is in the shop to get a new clutch and transmission to see if it is.
So you’ve done all of this other stuff, trans or drive axles?
