I'm not sure, but I was under the impression that the Alabama drivers were considered local, and that they slip seated. Please correct me if I'm wrong. I was hoping they'd start hiring road drivers in Alabama.

I work at Virginia and live by Nashville they hire road board drivers in Alabama if u want to be home everyday they have shuttle work in Lincoln al at the Honda plant
