Unfortunately, even his 'points' as you call them, are self-serving aspects that circle again, to not punishing the driver when someone else can be also be blamed, to try and sway public opinion from enforcement of the laws on "poor struggling immigrants" not "remorseless scheming ILLEGAL aliens". Shifting to the Brokers and Shippers cheap freight is still in the control of the carrier and driver. Saying NO to cheap freight stops this aspect. The safety aspect IS drivers that can't speak English, which is a required safety regulation which the last several admins have not been enforcing, which provides the resource of a cheap freight hauling populace.

That he downplays a totally preventable and asinine move by a non-English speaking driver as simply tragic is reprehensible. This driver reportedly had not only one, but two CDL's from two different states, (Washington and California) which the CDL program was supposed to prevent if STATES did their job of reporting timely and properly.

No, this man doesn't make good points, he's spinning what would otherwise be good points to blame an administration who is enforcing the law, which over half of Americans voted for. The only thing different is that now it's being reported instead of glossed over by an admin and complicit news media, that didn't want the reality being shown so Americans could accurately decide to go after these festering problems, starting with the fact that these illegal aliens provide the fuel and impetus for shippers and brokers to get access to people willing to haul 'cheap freight' by being available. That's the bottom line, not the enforcement of our laws, which from personal experience and knowledge, I can tell you, no other country would be hesitant to do to us, period.

Understandable, however I watched a couple of his other videos and he did go over the illegal foreign driver in the other video. I believe in this video he is trying to include everyone involved in the trucking industry. Whether that be the driver, the carrier owners, the freight broker, dispatchers, shippers etc... How come this illegal was able to get 2 license in 2 different states? In order to show anyone who's not in the trucking industry that it's bigger then the driver alone. As for some good points made. Him being the foreigner himself I assume is looking at it, from a broader aspect. In this particular video.

No way they're making 3k/WK. As a co driver. They're happy with peanuts. Look up " small brained American on YouTube. The one in India ( there's several) it's hell on earth. Filthy. You get why they're the way they are.

Most Indian trucker want to believe in their minds they speak English properly. And while most believe they speak proper English. Those who speak English will have difficulties understanding this driver or drivers like this.

Again, the DRIVER got 2 CDL Licenses....not the carrier, not the broker, not the shipper. The DRIVER, so this entire chain of events begins with the DRIVER doing the illegal thing...that the others take advantage of it because someone else didn't do their job.....shame on them, too, but...the bottom line, is the DRIVER is the one who, as we all know, is ultimately responsible for their choices on the road, in the testing booth, etc. This is not a problem in the system, if the first part, the DRIVER is not available for exploitation. I understand your point, but face the reality, that these thugs need to be more responsible, the same as we legitimate and heavily documented LEGAL and legitimate drivers are for our decisions on the road. I tell everyone who wants to drive a truck to understand, the company may hire you, but you are the captain of that ship and totally responsible for it's conduct and performance. That's why today's driver isn't empowered like drivers were in the past, and won't be until everyone of them understands that basic premise. We are the enablers as drivers, nothing gets done without us...why do you think they're trying to automate us out of jobs? The others can't be forced to comply with safety and fairness if the driver truly is a robotic steering wheel holder.
