I've had my Volvo Skylight Cover for 13 years and it's starting to show its age because the material is getting thin from the sun and heat, but it is still usable and doing its job and paid for itself many times over.

 

Here are the dimensions from our truck. Your best bet is to take a tape measure with you when you go to buy one just to be certain.

1. 43" from back wall to table end
2. There is a small storage rack and light bar on the wall right underneath the top bunk. It will make it hard to rig anything up like you want. It's 34" from the surface to that rack.
3. There's about 27" from the workstation end to the cab.

We bought a full size memory foam mattress and cut it to fit our sleeper. We stitched together a roll material with 2 straps and clips to go underneath it. When it's table time, we roll the material and mattress up together, clip the straps, and pull it tight into a cylinder shape. We throw it up on the top bunk and use the seatbelt webbing to hold it up there.

You should have both curtains. You can get new sliders pretty cheap if some are broken. The top window is annoying if you're parked right underneath a light at night, but the sleeper curtain blocks it and there's still plenty of room back there.
