VNL 780 bunk control screen only says "idle"

    2007 780 D12D; I had my truck in for service, when I got it back the bunk control screen says idle, none of the small buttons work, the blower motor turns on but the alarm starts going off. I unplugged the entire thing, but that didn't help. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

    Try unhooking your battery then reconnect. Sometimes a hard reboot is necessary for these Volvo systems.

    Thank you for that response. It worked. Im not sure why I just didnt do that in the first place , I guess I figured it would be something else. Again, thank you for your help.
