VNL Cab Suspension Torsion Spring

Bounce is worn out cab and/or suspension shocks.
Mine wear out (lose good dampening) about every 60k on chassis, 100-120k sleeper

I was searching and i found that this part is of of a volvo day cab. I will be installing this on my 630 to hopefully take away some of the sway and "loose" feeling in the wind.

 

Please do you have the part number I need to get one?

 

Just show the picture to the parts person at the Volvo Stealership and they should know what the part number is.

I fixed so many volvo cabs with these, sometimes no matter what you can not bring it straight and this is the only way.

 

You are so right @nasriza I have change almost every thing on the 2007 from front cab mount bushing, shocks all around to include cab shocks, torsion springs, suspension wear pad, torque arms etc. Got three axle alignment they checked ride height but still shifting to the left (driver side) so I’ve decided to give this a shot, if any problems with this I can always go back with new torsion springs.

 

I have the first generation VNL that had the two vertical and two horizontal shock setup and once I changed the front cab bushings the cab straightened out and it’s been two years and the cab is still straight.

Frankly I think the four shock setup was better than the torsion bar setup.
