VNL no throttle and gauges inop

I have a 2006 VNL and it sat for a year and a half after I had 3 operations and i couldn’t climb up in it to start it. I went out today and charge the batteries and started it but it has no throttle in the gauges are completely in operative. The center digital gauge doesn’t even light up and none of the sweep gauges work with the exception of the fuel gauge. I looked at fuse number 24, I think it was, a five amp fuse and it was good. Does anybody have any ideas? Thanks in advance.

 

It was supposed to say “ has no throttle AND the gauges are inop”

 

Thx a lot. I will try this tomorrow. Is there a wiring diagram online or a pic that shows manifold main cab power?

 

I found the terminals exactly where you described them. I jumped both terminals to positive and still no gauges.
