Open Refrigerator during 10 hour break or any time similar like a restart or off time. Remove all food and edible items and swap them to a cooler. Open freezer door and prop refrigerator door opened. Turn thermostat to the off position on knob or controller. Place a towel in the bottom and slide out the ice tray under the freezer. Take a blow dryer or heat gun and rapid melt the ice being careful not to melt plastics "low heat setting". Clean freezer of all remaining moisture with towels. Set thermostat to desired temperature and precool. Replace food and edibles while allowing to cool with refrigerator doors closed. Defrost complete.
