VNR Form - Quality Carriers

    Can someone tell me what a VNR form is please? I filled out the O/O app for Quality Carriers/Distribution (The Tanker Company), and they sent an email requesting some documents. One of them is a VNR form. I can call them tomorrow, but if any of you know what it is tonight - that will be great. Thank you

    It is a "Violation and Review Record". I simply uploaded a copy of a DMV I picked up from the diver's license facility. We'll see if that works. Keep it real out there.
